Specifications
22 ft long × 8 ft wide × 6 ft high
30 cubic yards — about 9 pickup truck loads
4–5 tons in the flat rate
About 27 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Is this the one?
Thirty cubic yards is roughly nine pickup truck loads and stands six feet high, which is where its real advantage lies: volume. For framing offcuts, furniture, packaging, insulation, cabinetry and general clearance, nothing else comes close.
The caveat is weight, and it is a big one. Its tonnage allowance is generous but finite, and dense material will exhaust it while the box still looks half empty. Shingles, plaster, tile, concrete and soil are all better served by a smaller container with a matched allowance. Get that wrong and you pay overage on a container you never filled.
Straight advice: Take this one for volume, never for weight. If the pile is dense, ask us — the honest answer is usually a smaller box, and it will cost you less.

Same flat pricing model across all four. The only question is which weight allowance matches your material.

Roughly 22 ft long × 8 ft wide × 6 ft high. Allow about 27 feet of length on your driveway plus around 10 feet of width so the rear doors can swing. The truck separately needs about 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to roll it off.
About about 9 pickup truck loads, and the flat rate includes 4–5 tons of weight. Volume and weight run out at different times depending on the material — light bulky debris fills the space first, dense material like concrete, shingles or plaster hits the tonnage long before the container looks full.
Delivery, the rental period, collection, fuel, disposal and a stated 4–5 tons allowance, all in one flat number. If the load goes over the allowance you pay the per-ton rate we quoted at booking. There are no fuel surcharges, environmental fees or hidden extras added afterwards.
Describe the pile when you call and we will tell you honestly, including when a smaller container would do. The other sizes we run are the 10 yard, 15 yard, 20 yard, so there is usually a closer fit if this one is not it.
Yes. Extra days are inexpensive and arranged with one phone call. We would far rather extend the rental than have you rush the job or load the container above the top rail, which makes it illegal to transport and gets it refused.
